I have a pick up for my Ico jeans. I got a message on *st November that the pick up would be done on that day. At around ** noon when I was in my office, the wishmaster called me. I told him to pick it up after *p.m. but he refused and rescheduled it for the next day. Next day some other person called at about the same time and he too denied to pickup at my convenient time i.e. after *.p.m. when I told him that I would call the customer service, he agreed to do it. Around *:** he called me and in a very rude voice told me that he had been waiting for almost an hour. I told him my address in details. But after quarter of an hour when I called him , he told me that he couldn't find the address and so he has returned. I want to lodge a complaint and want a rescheduled pick up for the item.
