Good morning I purchased a gig on Saturday ******** which was to be completed by ******** for a email follow up series to be created as well as I ordered a second gig for a landing page. This particular seller has given me the runaround for seven days now and for the last three days she continues to send messages that my order is complete and she would like for me to approve the order when in fact it is not . The email follow up series has never worked properly I've tested it every time she has sent a request for me to approve the order and I have yet to receive an email from that follow up series. She just sent me another message *:** am this morning stating that the order is complete, to approve it and again when testing I got nothing . This has totally been a one-way ticket to nowhere not to mention having to wait seven days. I have ordered several gigs from this platform and I have never had to endure the headache and confusion that has taken place with this particular gig . I could have completed these task on my own but I just don't have the time to do those things which is why I outsourced it . At this point I feel as though she should be compensated for the landing page but as far as the email follow up series which is still not properly functioning, I don't feel that she should be compensated for that. Clearly she has no idea what she's doing regarding the Aweber follow up series! I really would like to get this resolved so that we both can move forward.
