I never had a warning with enough time to fix any issues ... On July *th I received three emails within * minutes of each other, saying I was violating TOS.**There was no further warning or any specific examples of these violations, and ultimately my account was disabled after over * years and level * status, with ***% positive ratings.**How is it possible to contact me with * different warning emails within minutes, with no specific details?**I truly believe those emails were sent in error.**One of the emails stated that I have more than one account. *How is that possible? I work with one company. I use one Paypal account linked to our bank card.*Does this mean that I am the victim of some sort of fraud on Fiverr?**Another email states that there is an issue with my gig.*I have revised it several times to adapt to Fiverr TOS over the years. I don't understand how I received that email again when I did not alter anything about it since it was approved.**All of these emails were sent within minutes of each other.*This can't possibly be correct.**I Have very prestigious clients awaiting my services...*I have done exceptional work, all of my rankings were about ***%.*This is truly something that has confused me.**If this was not done in error, how am I to know what NOT to do if I ever use Fiverr again?*I repeat, I was never given any specific example of how I violated any TOS.**Also, how can I recommend to my business partners on how to use Fiverr, if after * or more years, I was disabled and have no concrete clue as to why?**I am looking for an actual human Fiverr rep to look over this situation and at the very least, let me know what specifically was done in violation.
They don't realize that there are no actual violations that were made. If there were, they would be able to point them out to me specifically without general statements in their email.
I would like to continue working with my aged account on Fiverr with all of my loyal customers who are now reaching out looking for my services.
I have been working on Fiverr for over * years, I have made a good amount of revenue for myself as well as for the site. All positive ratings from satisfied professional businesses.
I've asked for answers several times. Fiverr continues to respond with general emails about TOS violations. But no specific examples. I fear this might even be fraud from other competitor sellers or some other unique situation that I am unaware of.
