First For Women Magazine Customer Service Issues

I sent a check for two subscriptions on 9/26/17, one for myself and one for my daughter, clearly marked on the form. Despite contacting you three times and being assured the issue was resolved, my daughter keeps receiving collection notices. I spoke with Betty, Cindy, and sent an email on 5/24/18, but have not received a return call as promised. Frustrated, I recently reached out to the collection agency about this issue.
