I am filing a formal complaint regarding being charged an activation fee of £98 and £39 for upfront service. The engineer simply connected a cable, a task I could have done myself. The internet has not been working since then, despite Chris's attempts to fix it. I am canceling my subscription as per the Goods and Services Act, as these goods are unfit for purpose and were unnecessarily sold to me. I am familiar with consumer law through my work at Citizens Advice, and I will pursue a full refund. If not resolved, I am prepared to take legal action. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by this company.
