At the beginning of Jan, I logged into my Q-Link wireless account to check my minutes, only to be shocked with an alert that my status is Deceased and they no longer can provide service. See Below*Your Status Is: Deceased *According to federal government databases used to verify identity, such as the Social Security Administration and Lexis Nexis, the information provided on this account is associated with someone who is deceased. For this reason, Q Link Wireless will not provide service for this account. **If you have any questions, please contact the Social Security Administration for details.**The social security office informed me this information did not come from them.*The problem remaining is that there is no way for me to contact Q-Link Wireless. I have tired support tickets, phone calls from my neighbor's phone, even Facebook.*Facebook told me to reapply and the support ticket reply tells me to call *-***-***-****. However, they recognize my personal information and block me.*I wrote many support tickets begging them to give me the phone number that directly connects me to an agent or a way to reach one. NO RESPONSE. *Q-Link Wireless is associated with Live Line, as service to help low income people. It is against the rules to switch providers until you are cut off. What makes matters worse, Q-Link does not even tell me when that will happen!!
