I ordered a Super Bowl ** sweatshirt on February **th, paying an extra $** for two day shipping, not receiving it until today, six days later. It was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift and was not in time at all. Despite the shipping issue, I received the sweatshirt this morning and am completely unhappy with the product. For starters, I order from your website all the time and have always been beyond pleased with the quality of your products. This sweatshirt, however, looks like the logo and words could have been ironed on. They are blurry and terrible quality. Not to mention, there was a white sticker attached to the sweatshirt that is partially still stuck on it and will not come off. The quality of the print is awful and looks nothing like the picture online of the sweatshirt I have now paid over $** for. To be honest, I could have bought iron on letters and done a better job myself. I’m extremely disappointed and would either like to send it back for a full refund or would like a new one shipped to me, hoping this was just a mistake and the next one will be of better quality.
