Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.
The issue in GetHuman-hex's own words
Well I have multiple order both place nearly a month ago. One of them split up the products I ordered, I have some received part of one of the orders, but still missing one item from that order, and the other has not arrived not even a part of it. I’m upset that both orders have not yet been completed yet, and by my ability to track these orders. While I have followed the link to fed ex to track my orders, tracking my orders came to a stop where it said that my order was turned over to the local post office. From there I could not track them no more. I sign up for mobile alerts on the status of these orders, and I got text messages that said “unable to deliver” and to “contact local post office” Now trying to physically speak to someone over the phone over customer service issues this time of year is crazy. Phone lines are backed up, I would assume most people really won’t know, or begin to track where an specific package is. So my gripe is *. Where is my stuff?**. Why is it taking so long?**. It seems to me in my case your deal, and operation with fed ex isn’t really working well, so are you folks fix that?
