Today I placed order * ***-****-**** online. I noticed when I received the invoice, I overcharged about $*. ( I have screen shots of the prices for the items I ordered) I then called your "customer service" phone and spoke to "Jahida" who was incompetent. Wasted ** minutes of my time and never came to a conclusion or answer as to why the price was charged incorrectly. I then in frustration asked for her supervisor to whom she kept putting me on hold to speak with. "Michel" was also lost as to what was actually happening. His only solution was to "cancel the order". I simply hung up. After ** minute of this nonsense, enough was enough.*Why would you make me endure this torture for ** minutes, over $*?!*Empower these morons to make a decision. (i.e. lets not anger I good repeat customer over something as trivial as this) But no, they wanted to give me some illogical nonsensical mumbo jumbo, that even they didn't understand.*And your website? It's a bait and switch operation. Some prices show a discount, some don't. You have multiple exclusions (even for the same product) and the discounts don't add up.*Here's what I bought, and here's the price, according to your website:*HAT*$**.**, Leggings $**.**, Hoodie $**.**, Socks $*.**. Thats $**.** PERIOD!*Not $** I was charged. Each of these morons actually went to the site and verified the prices!!!!! Yet could not figure out what was wrong. Your website charged the full price of $**.**, then deducted the MONDAY **% coupon, for $**.**, which is not **% (And none of the items were excluded. So no matter which was you run the numbers, I was overcharged.*I want the $* back and something for my time and aggravation, or I'm done shopping here, and thats includes your sister companies.
