On Saturday June *nd I ordered a Capitals t-shirt from fanatics.com and clicked on "* business days" for the "shipping method" paying $** to ensure it arrived by either Wednesday or Thursday so I could wear it to the Caps viewing party on Thursday. On Wednesday fanatics informed me that they had just shipped the t-shirt and it won't arrive until Monday June **th. Based on my experience, * business days means it should arrive in that time NOT that they will begin shipping in three business days. I think they should refund the $** because the t-shirt is useless to me on the **th. (I am not asking for a full refund because they did put a player name on it so it is "custom") My phone call to them was unsatisfactory.*Order *: **-*****-**********
