hello im jaime maldonado employee number ******* and i worked at the store on pleasent valley and e *th st austin texas. I have tried in the past week to contact my store mngr but he wont answer my text nor my calls.. i went thur but he wasnt there. For some reason i was demoted and was only working * days i three weeks! I cant live on that and wanted to clarify what ever the reason why this was. The answer i got was " he needed to cut hours" ok thats fine but how is he cutting hours if when i go the talk with him in which hes not there? There are * employees working at the same time? Some thing is very wrong here and i need to speak to robyn our district mngr for that store. Please what is her number or email? Also im on a section* voucher . I pay ***.** a month for rent my last pay was ***.** not to mention my bills. Now housing needs a letter from family dollar stating if im still on the schedule or not.. which i cant get a straight answer or a responce for that matter.. my home is at stake here and my employer isnt responding.. I have never had a disagreement never! But in stuck here and need help with this matter.. so my next step is to find and contact this robin hopefully by the grace of god and respect that some one answer my questions.. thank you please only emails my phone only responds to text.. thank you jaime
