ON THE DAY OF (FEB) ** I WENT TO ONE OF YOUR FAMILY DOLLAR STORE, BUT BEFORE I CAME THERE I WAS AT THE SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP. AND HAD MY FOOD IN BLACK BAG. BEFORE I GOT STARTED SHOPPING THE CLERK SAD THAT I COULD NOT BRING MY BAG IN THE STORE OR I WOULD HAVE TOO LEAVE IT AT COUNTER. I TOLD HER THIS WAS MY FOOD. I HAVE FOOD IN THIS BAG. AND SHOWED IT TO HER. AND SHE SAW WHAT I HAD. IT WAS MY SANDWICH. I PROCEEDED ON TO SHOP. * MIN IN TO MY SHOPPING I WAS APPROACH BY ANOTHER CLERK AND SHE SAID ("SIR WHAT'S IN YOUR BAG* AND I SAID IS THERE A PROBLEM*YOU CAN NOT HAVE THAT BLACK IN HERE*I TOLD HER THE SAME THING I TOLD THE FIRST CLERK*THIS IS MY FOOD. SO I STARED TO THE CHECK OUT TO FIND OUT WHY AM I BEING HARASS ABOUT MY BLACK BAG THAT HAD MY FOOD IN IT. A THIRD CLERK GETS INVOLVED BY SAYING, I HAVE TOO LEAVE MY BAG UP FRONT! AND I SAID ("I'M NOT LEAVING MY FOOD AT THAT COUNTER"). "IT'S MY FOOD"! BY NOW I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD BUY WHAT I HAD AND LEAVE. FELLING LIKE I WAS TREATED LIKE SOME KIND OF A VAGRANT, AND I'M NOT MISQUOTING THIS". I ASK FOR A NUMBER TOO SPEAK TO STORE REPRESENTATIVE AND WAS GIVEN A NUMBER. AND I LEFT.. (PART TWO) ON (FEB **) I WENT TO BUY BAG OF FOOD FOR PETS AS I STOOD IN LINE, A MALE CLERK APPROACH ME AND TRIED TO TAKE THE BAG OF FOOD THAT I HAD, AND TOLD ME THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED IN THE STORE! AND I ASK HIM WHY,AND HE COULD NOT COME UP A ANSWER BUT SAID I WAS BARRED FROM THIS STORE. AND TRIED TO REACH FOR MY BAG AGAIN. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING HERE. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG BUY NOT LEAVING MY BLACK BAG WITH FOOD IN IT AT THE COUNTER. AND TRIED TO PREVENT ME FROM BUYING MY PURCHASE.WE GOT IN TO A HEATED CONVERSATION ABOUT ME BEING IN THE STORE. HE SAID I THREATENED HIM, I DID NO SUCH THING. I FELT WAS THREATENED, I WAS WITH SON, I AM A ** YEAR OLD MAN. TOO ME FOR THE WAY THEY TREATED ME, THEY NEED TO BE TRAIN BETTER IN HOSPITALITY WITH THE CUSTOMERS. IF NOT FOR ME, FOR SOMEONE ELSE I WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVED THIS. BUT IF I HAVE TO GO TO SOME WHERE ELSE TO RESOLVED THIS, THEN I SHALL.... THE STORE IN QUESTION IS (GETTYSBURG AND FIRST ST FRESNO CA. STORE ******
