went to a location asked for ** dollars cash back after my purchase and was told AFTER the transaction was over I cant get cash back. they refused to resolve my issue then and there. this was all at *:** am. the mean-ager (had an attitude) tells me I have to come back at ***. why... this was not my issue you guys didn't have a sign so you are basically keeping my money for more than half the day. I called the general manager for that location he NEVER ANSWERED OR RETURNED MY CALL on Saturday *****. I don't live by this location this happened in Lawrenceville I live in Stockbridge. does no one care now much of a inconvenience this all was for me??? I not only had to miss my movie that I had paid for and booked because you have me stay in Lawrenceville till *:**. I cant drive at night so someone else had to help with my trip home *.* hours it took to get home. I needed that money for a reason and this cause problems for that entire day. * messages on thing. * emails still no call back. you guys need to make this right im highly disappointed
