I am experiencing difficulty resolving an issue with my hotel booking made through Expedia for the Quattro Hotel in Sault Ste. Marie. I originally booked two rooms for July [redacted], but due to the pandemic, I needed to reschedule for July [redacted] and now need to move the booking once again to July 15, [redacted]. The Quattro Hotel confirmed my booking with the reference number [redacted], which Expedia does not recognize as an itinerary number. I have attempted to contact Expedia using multiple numbers provided, but I am unable to proceed without a recognized itinerary number. The hotel cannot assist since I booked through hotels.ca/expedia.ca. My priority is to resolve this date change for my upcoming stay. Email for contact: [redacted]

Upon arrival, we faced a delay of 40 minutes as the attendant struggled to reach the host to confirm our reservation. Despite our patience and efforts to communicate with the host, the uncertainty of our stay led us to secure alternative accommodation elsewhere. Regrettably, we were forced to make other arrangements before being informed that we could indeed stay at the original location. By this time, it was too late for us to change our plans. I reserved a Hertz car through Expedia for Wilmington, NC from July 7-13, but the confirmation email I received reflected the wrong dates, June 18-21. I tried to modify or cancel right away without success. When I called customer service, the call quality was poor, and we got disconnected. Despite waiting for a callback, I didn't hear back. I've attempted to reach out multiple times without success. I'm anxious as this $[redacted] will go to waste since our trip is on July 7. I'm certain about the dates I initially selected. Can we please figure out a way to cancel and get a refund? I'm really stressed out about this situation and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it. Hello, I received confirmation from Expedia on January 7, [redacted], regarding the approval of a refund for Alitalia tickets. Hello, my name is Lawrence Webster. On the 3rd of June [redacted], my wife and I arranged a trip to North Carolina with Expedia. We made separate bookings for our flight, hotel, and car rental through Expedia. Unfortunately, Southwest grounded the plane for maintenance, causing a delay in my flight. Upon arrival at the hotel with my Expedia booking, I was surprised to find it closed with no staff to assist me in checking in. After trying to reach someone through the courtesy phone to no avail, I had to find a different hotel - the Holiday Inn. I made multiple attempts to cancel the initial reservation through Expedia, but the long wait times left me with no choice but to secure new accommodations. It's been a frustrating experience as I have been unable to inform the closed hotel about the cancellation in hopes of allowing them to offer the room to someone else. Despite the inconvenience of being stranded in an unfamiliar city, I am looking forward to resolving this issue and receiving a full refund when I return to Indiana. For now, I am trying to make the best of my vacation.

I am reaching out regarding my Expedia booking with reference number [redacted]4 and booking number [redacted][redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to contact Expedia.ca via email and chat, the virtual agent abruptly ends the session when I decline a credit offer. Our Corsair flight was unilaterally canceled by the airline before the departure date. I have contacted Corsair directly, and after months of waiting, they have agreed to provide a full refund. However, Corsair stated that the refund must be initiated by Expedia at our request. I am struggling to communicate this to Expedia Canada. On June 15th, my family and I booked two rooms - one with a king bed and one with a double bed at Springhill Suites in Port Saint Lucie, Florida for a one-day stay. Unfortunately, the manager at the hotel canceled our reservations by contacting your office since the rooms we reserved were not available. I received a call from your customer service department notifying me about the cancellation, but I haven't had any further communication from your company regarding a refund. We are disappointed with the level of service we received and are seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

Good morning, Yesterday, I made a reservation with Expedia for a hotel but mistakenly selected July instead of June. I need the booking for June 26th-27th. Unfortunately, the hotel I chose, Lviv - Astoria Hotel, is fully booked for those dates. I've been charged already, and I'm unable to change or cancel the reservation online. On 7/19/[redacted], we attempted to make a trip booking, encountering 44 pending charges on my credit card due to fluctuations in airfare prices during the booking process. After several unsuccessful attempts, we managed to secure a booking with Expedia but missed applying a coupon. Despite efforts to rectify this over the phone, it was challenging, and I eventually abandoned the idea. Wanting to streamline the process, we rebooked the trip identically and canceled the original reservation on the same day. While we received a credit for the trip, the insurance amount of $[redacted].04 has not been refunded. I suggest that during booking, any price changes should be clearly highlighted to allow for modification without having to restart the entire process.

I have been attempting to reach your company all day concerning reservation number [redacted][redacted]. My wife and daughters were supposed to pick up a 5-seat Jeep Compass from Fox Car Rental that I booked through your website. However, upon arrival, the counter representative was rude and provided a Kia Soul, falsely claiming it only had 4 seats. They offered a Jeep Renegade with 5 seats for an extra $10, which my wife accepted using her personal card for the difference. Despite the vehicle not meeting expectations and displaying damage, the staff refused to address the issue on-site. Subsequently, my wife was charged $[redacted] by Fox, while I had already paid $[redacted] through Expedia. I spoke with Fox, but they insist the charge is valid for the upgrade. I want to provide a concise summary. Our flight and hotel accommodations have been problematic. The hotel had various issues upon reopening, though the staff has been helpful. I need assistance with canceling my reservation at Extended Stay America in Melville, NY for 6/26/21. My confirmation number is R[redacted]. I was given an incorrect cancellation number by Rose at the hotel. Extended Stay America informed me that I booked through Expedia and need to cancel via them. I was scheduled to arrive in Durant, Oklahoma at 2:05 today. Due to a bus delay, I had to purchase another ticket for tomorrow. I need to switch my Econo Lodge reservation from the 22nd to the 24th to the 23rd to the 25th without incurring a $[redacted] fee. I have been trying to resolve this since 5:30 a.m. Econo Lodge agreed to change the dates without extra charges. I am struggling to reach someone to assist me in fixing this issue. I want to keep my reservation, but I can't afford the additional fee.

I booked a room at Econo Lodge from the 22nd to the 24th. However, my bus was delayed, and I couldn't make the check-in. I had to repurchase a bus ticket, which led to changing my reservation dates to the 23rd through the 25th. I am requesting a refund for a trip I booked that experienced a flight time change issue. My flight was scheduled to leave Pittsburgh at 11:30 am on the 8th of June. However, upon arrival at the airport at 9:30 am, I was informed that the flight had departed at 8:00 am. I did not receive any notification of this change via email. I had purchased the ticket to attend my granddaughter's graduation in Raleigh, N.C. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new ticket from Southwest Airlines for $[redacted].98 after speaking with one of your representatives who offered a refund or voucher for another flight. I recently made a reservation at Candlewood Suites in Fort Walton Beach through another agency and subsequently canceled it. I then received an email confirming the cancellation. I encountered an issue with booking a room for my daughter, M.B., on June 19, [redacted]. Her contact information was used for the reservation. After facing issues with age policies at hotels before, I was careful to check this time when booking at Woodspring Suites Charlotte University. The check-in age was clearly stated as 18 on Expedia. However, upon arrival, she was denied check-in and asked to leave. I contacted Expedia, and after hours on the phone, an agent rebooked us at the Residence Inn Charlotte University. But again, she was denied check-in due to their age policy of 21. My daughter remains without accommodation, no reimbursement, and despite waiting for over two hours on hold, I have not been able to talk to a customer service agent. I encountered an issue at the hotel I booked for two nights. Upon arrival, the front desk asked for my booking number, ID, and the credit card used for the reservation. Unfortunately, I didn't have an extra credit card for the security deposit, only the one used for the reservation and my California ID.
