You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-kjbock's own words
We booked a family vacation for June near Playa del Carmen. When we booked the resort, they advertised that rooms were available (some only had "x" rooms left at this rate...) and even had comments on the site pertaining to Spring Break visitors. When I booked our date I wanted to get double beds in one room and have adjoining rooms which it said were options on the website but didn't show that as an option when selecting rooms. After booking I called the hotel to request this and they said that they are closed. I said for the night and they said no for Covid, but they are HOPING to re-open in June. They also said that if the resort is not reopened in June then they will put us in one of their other resorts instead which is NOT what we purchased. On top of that most of their on-site restaurants advertised and activities are also closed or unavailable. I canceled my reservation but the flights booked on their website, apparently through Expedia, are non-refundable so I just got a credit back. I am going to re-book at a different resort but to get their best rates we need to book hotel and airfare together. Since we are going to basically take the same flights, I am going to have to rebook the same things but there's nowhere to use credits when booking. I need some help with this... I'm currently in Mexico for work for the next ** days and the *** numbers don't work from down here.
