The issue in GetHuman4971792's own words
I booked a reservation for two room at the Vdara in Las Vegas for May ** with Expedia. Itinerary * is *************. Because of the Covid crisis I contacted Expedia and cancelled both rooms on this reservation. It was confirmed that the cancellation had occurred. However, I only got a refund for one of the rooms. They did not refund me for the second room which should have been $***.**. When I talk to Expedia customer service they keep telling me that need to contact the Vdara to confirm the room was cancelled. However they never follow up with me and confirm. I, myself have talked to the Vdara and they have confirmed to me that the rooms were cancelled and that Expedia never sent them any money so this issue is an Expedia issue. This has gone on for nearly ** days and I still do not have a refund. I am becoming very frustrated
