We reserved a hotel reservation through Expedia for the Extended Stay Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky in June. We were booked for * days. We checked in and it was filthy so we returned our keys. Our credit card was billed for * days. Once on June ** and once for June ** th. We talked to Expedia and to Josh, the manager for a refund. We thought the issue had been handled. The manager refunded $***.** which is indicated on my statement. I have an additional of $***.** which Josh said Expedia had charged my credit card on the **th, which I need taken off please. We did not stay at the Extended Stay other than the first ** minutes. If you need to talk to the manager, he gave me his cell phone at ***-***-****.
