Should put more focus on the quality of service provided by their third party companies such as hotel and rentals. Recognize that a complaint should be addressed immediately to the paying customers satisfaction. Repeat business is the bread and butter in most established companies and should be nurtured and respected. Ignoring claims that should be investigated thoroughly because your patrons work hard to make the money to have a vacation and are vulnerable to deception from your affiliates that are aware of the fine print and have access to personal information that they use to their advantage.leaving the client disappointed confused and out of pocket for a big sum of money, for a service that was not given as promised.

Book a hotel through expedia ... Dear expedia** I trusted expedia with my credit card details to reserve a room and plane for a trip to Jamacia .My personal information was given to Casa Alexandria. A male with the hotel mentioned called me on Jan **th ****. I have phone records of received call at MY number on file*I was told that I would not be able to stay at the hotel because there was a guest still occupying the suite and it was over booked, he stated that money would be given back and apologized. I did not go to the hotel because of that conversation.*. I am holding Expedia responsible as that is the company I trusted with my information. This charge of $**** Is fraudulent because I apparently paid in full for a service that was cancelled by the provider and now denied to their benefit and my loss..*I was on the flight in Jamacia on the dates booked, I have receipts of a hotel in Kingston Jamacia on Jan ** ****. I live in Canada.These are facts of this situation, I did not consent to this charge, now I have to prove that they called me to cancel, because they denied the call. I personally would*Not pay for a hotel twice by choice. I am not a victim , maybe I should of still went to the hotel to insure my money was put back on my card. Yet I did not know that the hotel had been paid in full . I am requesting expedia to obtain the funds that was given to this company as this charge is fraudulent. The prepaid hotel Case Alexandria in Kingston Jamacia left me stranded cancelled my booking the day before arrival and still charged me and then denied they called or had any conversation with me. Expedia do not realize that your associated company are human and can possibly be attempting to be dishonest if it benefits them.
I request a refund of the money charged on my credit card for Casa Alexandria in Kingston Jamacia. Including the interest on my card. Compensation for finding another hotel last minute as a good gesture. Finally an apology for being called a liar , ignored and being kept on the phone for * hrs to attempt to resolve speaking to * different agents whose only resolve was to tell me that they cannot help.
I am a frequent flyer of ** years, loyal expedia repeat customer with many rooms booked locally . I have no complaints for services until now.
I have attempted to call the number that called me and the phone just hangs up. I opened a case with Expedia customer care. I have also left a message on Casa Alexandrias Jamacian number attempted to reverse charges through the bank, legal action is the only resolve
