I was overcharged for my booking compared to what the price was when I booked it and I never did receive a confirmation so I could confirm the price. I booked * nights at Pocatera Inn - Best Western in Canmore on October ** and ** and when I booked it said the total cost all in would be $***. Upon checking out I received the bill and it was $*** plus. I inquired at the desk at the hotel and they advised I would have to take it up with Expedia. To top it off there were issues with the noise*dust from the air conditioner*heating unit and they affected my allergies so I opened the window the next night instead and was then kept awake with the local train noise. Not at all impressed and would appreciate reimbursement of at least the over paid difference. I have provided feedback on this a couple times now after receiving request from Expedia but have not heard anything back. I am not impressed and must say it does not make me want to utilize Expedia again. I would appreciate a response and a reimbursement on my credit card. Thank you.
