Hi , * *Itinerary * ************** * *I want to follow up on the phone discussion I have with Expedia on Sept * in regards to the refund of the car rental with Budget as they were not able to offer the car to us due to licence problem. There were restrictions on which States that Budget cars can travel. * *I was promised a refund & a confirmation e-mail within ** days. It’s now Sept ** and nothing happens.
