Back in May of **** I booked a hotel reservation through Expedia for May **-May ** of ****. Itinerary **************, I did not look at the reply from Expedia after I had made the reservation . In June I received my MasterCard statement and there was a charge for $***.**. When I called Expedia I was told that although I had booked for May ****, your computer system has a flaw that kicked out the date for **** and replaced it with May of ****. I'm sure if we go back and listen to the recording of my conversation, this will in fact be verified. I still have not received my credit on my MasterCard. This was not my fault, I knew I had booked for May **** because that is when my son will be graduating from Cornel University. Why has this issue not been rectified? I have been treated unfairly, it's not my fault that your computer system has cliches , Expedia was in the wrong, that was verified but I'm still waiting for my refund? This is wrong in every sense - how much longer will I be put off? This money may not be much to Expedia, but I can assure you that in my world it is huge. Where will the money come from for my hotel stay in May of ****?
