Im marichristian aclan working on a cruise ship.*passenger of EY*** manila - Abu Dhabi May **, ****, connecting flight EY ** Abu Dhabi - London May ** ****. We’ve reach london at *** am and was on primier inn by*** am, and the Accommodation to get a room was given a about ** noon,*so when I satarted opening my luggage I was so shack that it was like crash in the right buttom wheel.**I didn’t notice it before going out because it looks perfectly ok, and my luggage has a cloth protector. So not visible from outside.*I went back the airport to report it and no body had realy help me instead I was pointed to all wrong place and people that couldn’t answer me properly any way they are a airport staff. I spoke to one lady from etihad and asked me to go back in the control room and call outside for any etihad staff, but the one who got the call was just telling me to go on line, and that left me with no choice, I’m not that good In computers So I was realy struggling to look for someone’s help.**My luggage was just very new I got it from on line last Wednesday I haven’t even started to pay it on my creaditcard and to be honest it was precious to me cause I thought I’ll be using it for a long time.**After a ** hrs flight, no rest till now I only had one day on a hotel, a privalage to rest but I miss all my chance, Im so tired. Chasing people in the airport too was so stressful **I know I didn’t check it toroughly because it was new so the feeling of that thing can definitely handle a bad treatment from careless staff you have. But still I did not waste my time to come back in the airport but didn’t got the help that I need. **Please I’am so unhappy and up set because that was new, to me Im from the philippines and buying that is quite expensive for me So I really have to value it. but to mishandle it, and got that damage was the last thing on my mind... please help. Im so tire today but I’m still trying to be ok... please do**Ps, I want to send you the picture I don’t know how...
