Equity Accelerator deducted money before my house sale but never refunded it to my closed bank account. I have provided them with my current address, but they seem unable to issue a refund check. Despite contacting them multiple times and requesting escalation, the issue remains unresolved. They are unable to provide me with the date of the check issuance, as one has not been processed. I expect better service and accountability from a business to locate this information in their records.
