On July 12, [redacted], I opted to utilize this mailing service and began filling out the necessary paperwork. While completing the paperwork, I noticed a $5 credit but was requested to submit the remaining balance of $20 for the two packages, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, my friend attempted to mail the packages but was told by the postal clerk that the addresses written in light ink were not legible for mailing. As a result, the packages were returned to me, and $20 was deducted from my Nevada State Bank account, along with a $1 fee. Feeling confused by the entire situation, I decided to cancel my Endia account as I no longer intended to use the service. The tracking numbers for the packages are 1Z V3W 49[redacted] [redacted] and 1Z V3W 49[redacted] [redacted]. Kindly credit the amount back to the original debit card account I used.
