I am disappointed with Frigidaire's failure to properly repair my refrigerator under the extended warranty. The icemaker has failed for the third time, with the latest technician mentioning a hole in the inner wall. I also pointed out shelving issues and temperature control problems, but the agent I spoke with claimed no knowledge of these concerns. Despite my request for a replacement, Electrolux refused. I am frustrated as I now have to purchase ice while waiting for a resolution. As a retired U.S. Navy veteran, I trusted in the quality of your product, but now I am faced with the unexpected expense of replacing a machine that is only 9 months old. To add to the frustration, a fourth repairman failed to show as promised. This experience has led me to rate Electrolux poorly.

I have a freezer that is less than a year old and still under warranty. Unfortunately, it broke just 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, resulting in the loss of my Thanksgiving meal. The repair process has been frustrating as the initial set of repairmen couldn't fix it completely. Subsequent repair attempts have been delayed due to ordering and receiving damaged parts, missed appointments, and ultimately finding out the coil was damaged in shipping. The technician ID indicates that the freezer should be replaced at this point rather than continue attempting repairs due to the ongoing issues and delays in the process.

My Frigidaire window air conditioner, just 2 1/2 years old, stopped cooling. The company that installed it found a sealed system leak on 4/27/23, saying it's still covered under the 2-5 year warranty. After my first call on 4/28/24 with Chris, a replacement was promised pending a report from my technician. Reference number [redacted]0 was given. However, I was then informed that they would repair it, which my tech can't do due to knee issues, requiring me to find another authorized repair company. During my second call on 5/2/23, I was assured a new unit would arrive in 7-10 days, with a new reference number [redacted]1. Despite an email on 5/3/23 from Frigidaire instructing repair instead of replacement, subsequent calls have been met with conflicting responses. I was advised to seek a second opinion at their expense. Despite multiple calls, including interactions with Percy, Arlyn, and Joy, resolution seems elusive. Even after requesting escalation, reaching a helpful representative remains a challenge. The expectation of receiving a new unit, as promised in previous calls, is yet to be met.

I recently bought a Frigidaire Side by Side Pro Series unit, and it has required multiple repairs while still under warranty. I bought a Persimmon Home in December [redacted]. It seems there should have been a warranty for my Electrolux cooker in my welcome pack, but it's missing. I'm currently facing an issue with my electric oven; it started smoking and now it's not functioning. I have a few questions: 1. How can I obtain the warranty for my cooker? 2. What is the estimated time for the cooker to be repaired once the warranty is sorted out? 3. I also did not receive instructions on how to use the cooker, which should have been in the welcome pack. I've had an electric oven before, so I know how to operate it, but having the instructions would be helpful.
