If they want to close my account, I guess they can but it is outright wrong not to "pay me" the agreed upon amount I earned. ... When trying to redeem e-rewards, I got a message my account was locked due to inactivity. I'd just used it days before! Sent them a message explaining the situation. Got a response that I just needed to send my address and birthdate and my account would be reactivated. Upon doing so, I got this response:*"Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.* *As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.* *We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website."*I responded: "I only have one account. I am disappointed with many of the surveys which required one to answer a question to move on through the survey and have my time respected. So yes, I have had to answer to the closest to correct even though none are. I also don't appreciate questions that insult my intelligence like asking if I've recently taken a trip to the moon. The only other area that is not completely accurate is my exact age. Due to concerns for privacy and people using my personal information without my approval (I have been hacked many times), I don't put my exact birthdate although I keep it within a year which should be plenty accurate for these survey purposes. I have earned hundreds of rewards points that are not supposed to expire and should have access to them at this time for all the hours I have put in working for erewards.**Please give me a phone number so I can discuss this with someone asap. "*I was hoping if I had someone else in my court, they may take this a little more seriously. While googling, I've seen others have been locked out of their accounts as well. Thank You!
Many people are starting to post their similar experiences on many sights and they will not be able to function so unethically for long.
I want erewards to allow me to redeem the rewards I have accrued (somewhere around ***) and give an additional *** or so for this horrible experience and all my efforts in trying to straighten this out. Then they can freeze my account. Also, if they want to be a respectable business, perhaps they should talk to their survey participants about the surveys they are taking. After trying over and over again, I have been unsuccessful in them providing a phone number. I found * in my research but none of those numbers have worked.
For many years I have spend countless hours answering their surveys. I have spent a considerable amount of those hours not getting any credit for one reason or another and well, yet I continued to do the best I could.
In addition to contacting erewards many times, I've shared with a number of online survey forums. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and copied them on a piece of my correspondence to erewards.
