I have called and talked to * different people * weeks apart who said they would check into it and get back with me. Nothing. I emailed Dyson online support and although they were sympathetic and said they would waive the shipping charge they suggested I reach out to live chat support. So here I am. The vacuum is under warranty and what I thought would be a simple procedure has turned into a nightmare. I love the vacuum but was just wondering why the battery would even fail in less than a year of use. Please help me get a replacement battery so I can clean my house again.
