Iamnaughty blame everybody try to get something for free lazy individual I work very hard for my money to provide for myself my family why I also trying to maintain a good name in my community and in my business I have accountability for myself and my crew and as I've said I've let so much go over the years I do not cannot continue to let manufacturers take my money cost me money and don't even take me to dinner if you get what I'm saying I feel like I'm getting done it's not my prom night so if you catch my drift I want somebody to make this right with me for this time for the umpteenth million times it's happened with your company or another company

Prime over Bondo ... Bought dupli-color automotive primer series filler last night at O'Riley's Auto Parts and Big Rapids started sanding car at * pm last night it is now *:** a.m. After almost ** hours of prepping I went to spray your ultimate primer and not only did it spray absolutely everywhere and nowhere where I wanted it, it threw massive paint splashes all over my already finished paint job I am very dissatisfied. I'm angry I have used many different paints throughout my ** years of life I do not like doing things twice that's why I paid almost $* for a can of spray paint the major issue here is the body work that had to be done was a second effort bcuz of another Infirior product.after having already painted the entire car and epoxy so it's not a real easy fix to get this filler off from my already finished paint. There was a big recall this week on PPG Omni paints so after the first two coats on the car I was forced to go with a new brand so my already behind schedule over budget job for my customer will not be getting sprayed again today because now I must fix another problem byb another Paint Company I am by far a easy-going man however my blood is boiling at this point I would like to cuss & throw things. however I'm an adult and I'd like to resolve this issue a different way. In ** years of life I've never made a customer complaint however I've feel I have been taken advantage of both financially and also loyalty over the years I would love to continue using Dupli-Color so I guess at this point I would like to know what you're going to do to allow me to continue to.do that. thank you for your time my email address *****@***.com . As I've explained because of an inferior product last week I sprayed this entire car three coats of paint for coats of epoxy I'm had to strip the epoxy the paint and the powder coating off this car down to the original paint also threw that paint and pass the powder coating. This was a result of an inferior product made by homie which has since been recalled. The fast forwarded this week where I repainted the car reclear the car at a loss of $*** material and countless hours of Labor I hope I had some pretty good gorgeous in the finished paint job due to a young child with no supervision so I went and purchased Dupli-Color product last night at * p.m. No I was going to Bondo Lee scratches and then spray those areas of the car long story short I like shake and test the can everything looks well as I go to spray the actual car the can just blows paint everywhere all over the floor all over me all this I could deal with fairly level-headed however this can which I refer to as a paintball at this point went all over in every direction on my already finished doors and mirror on the passenger side of this Cadillac CTS so now an easy fix with your product would have allowed me to spray that area * hours later epoxy and epoxy again and be done however now I must wait because this isn't going to dry in ** minutes because it's so **** fake it looks like a pigeon s*** on my customers car so my already behind schedule over budget car for my customer who is now going to be delayed another day or so I'm very upset at this point. I'm a level headed gentleman of ** years. And in them ** years I have never made a customer complaint with anybody now I use Dupli-Color very often and I paid$* per can nearly eight hours at this point I want to cuss I want to throw things and I definitely definitely do not want to ever experience This Feeling Again. So the frustration comes in how many points I feel like I've been taken advantage of over the years both financially and loyalty based. As I said I do use Dupli-Color quite often in my line of work so my question to you is what are you going to do to make this right with me because at this point I feel that somebody has to be also held accountable because I know I have to be accountable to my customer. I would love to continue to use Dupli-Color however this is not the first time I've had issues. A certain amount of apology has to go to whoever is reading this because it's just not Dupli-Color it just happened to be the last straw that I'm going to take from another manufacturer of products so I thank you ** years and never one complaint to a company I do not wish to purchase any more inferior product from Dupli-Color. So please tell me what you're going to do to allow me to continue to use Dupli-Color
Look as I have never made a customer complaint I'm not really sure I can't send you a bill for the paint job for the epoxy for the time that bill I cannot also cannot forward to my customer. I will have to eat that cost along with the cost of your product. I'm very upset you know I would love to continue to use it as I've said glad this point I don't think I would pay $*.** for a can I'll be your finest however being that I'm a reasonable man and that I am loyal to your brand I'm going to throw it out there I'm actually going to shoot for the stars I'm sorry it has to be to your company because this was my final straw with manufactured to spray the entire car with even two coats of the metallic paint and two coats of epoxy will run me right around$*** and that's on the cheap end it will also cost me about $*** in labor and it may also cost me loss of business because I have to be accountable to this customer for another delay for another manufacturer's default. I would like$*,*** credit with your company
I have been using Dupli-Color since a teenager I am now ** years old as I am a painter I have used thousands upon thousands of the Dupli-Color brand name. Customer because I do realize things happen and I will not bad mouth somebody who is trying to do a good job I expect though when I pay nearly $* a can for your brand as opposed to *** or *** for Rust-Oleum that your product does not cost me more time and even more money for trying to stay loyal to a brand manufacturer
I did try to soak it in lacquer thinner I tried to use compressed air to blow it out it did not seem to be a problem with the flow of the paint it had to do with the spray nozzle it will blow paint out the bottom of it which would then fill the cup in the top of the can hands blowing puddle of primer up to * ft and of course down because we know about gravity I tried to rotate the spray nozzle I tried to shake shake shake shake I even check temperature and humidity I have tried and done my due diligence prior to filing my very first customer complaint any long lifetime
