I ordered movies a couple months ago, but when I tried to log into my account it said it had been disabled and I could not log in. I made multiple accounts with different emails and it did the same thing, saying my account was disabled immediately following setting it up, each time. One of the accounts put the order in and sent me the movies after charging my account. I still cannot sign into this account and it says my email does not exist but I get every email from Disney Movie Club. Because I cannot sign in, i have been charged for the movie of the month as I cannot log in to decline it, so now my account has been charged for $**.** that I do not have. I would like my account to be acknowledged and if possible to be refunded for the purchase of the movie I was unable to decline because I cannot log in
