I have been trying to get on line DiscoveryPlus for two weeks. I work on it two hours every day and get so frustrated I have to set it aside. I have worked on line with customer service and they never answer me back until much later. I have tried to sign on various ways but the system will not let me get past VERIFY Prove you are not a robot. I signed up for a trial, you are suppose to get * days free. Instead you took a month's fee out of my bank account. I have never got on-line. PLEASE HELP
