Help with my Denny's Corp issue

Good afternoon, my name is Dana Brooks and we had a party of * at your **** E Lake Street Minneapolis, MN ***** location on ********* roughly around *:**am. When we first arrived there was a young man outside leaned up on the front door talking*playing with his cell phone looking very unprofessional as we entered the restaurant and waited to be greeted the manager comes over and ask us how many was in our party we politely told him a group of *, he then proceeded to tell us we will definitely have to wait until this party of ** was finish in order to be seated(which wasn't a problem but kind of how he said it was very unprofessional). So he checked back and told us that they were served their bill and we will be seated shortly about * minutes later we were seated. As we approached the table there was food still all over the table and at that point we made the manager aware of the food particles that were all over the table he goes and get a rag and comes back and wipe the table off with this dirty looking rag and then hands it to us to finish cleaning the table off(not happy). Before he walks away we let him know that there was a bunch of food under our table he rushes off moody and gets a broom and starts sweeping under our table(he sweep over my foot-didn't apologizes for it) so we said we're hungry we going to make this work. The server comes out to take our order(this is the same person as we were entering the restaurant that was on his phone with his foot up against the door to take our order) so we proceed to give him our order( he wasn't professional at all with taking our order) but we though ok he looks young, its late and maybe he's ready to get home....well we should have paid attention to all the prior signs we already experienced and got up and left the restaurant at this point. The server takes all our orders once the food comes out he forgot who ordered what, gave two of the ladies at our table the things they didn't order, the food was cold, need I say more? just bad...just so unprofessional. We asked the server if he could warm up our pancakes he said no, one of our older friends gave him the benefit of the doubt and just said lets eat and go...so we did. Mind you they never came out to ask was everything ok, we asked for things such as napkins, extra syrup, warm the food and its like he disappeared and didn't care. Now I understand its *:**am in the morning but I hope this is not how you want your brand to be represented because if so this was a horrible reflection of your brand as an organization. People don't label one location they tend to label the whole brand as horrible. I work in corporate America and if we ever gave customer service in this manner this would be an absolute embarrassment to our organization. May I add the manager never came back out to ask us was everything good but he did mentioned in the begin he was short staff...so because you're short staffed you give bad*short service? Where is the integrity of the organization? Where is the professionalism of your brand? What does this reflect? how should we perceive your service? I decided that night that Denny's will not be a place that I will choose to take my family ever again especially that location. I honestly believe that a refund should be given to us because this food wasn't worth $**.** at all. On another note to make a corporate complaint your system is to complex...I stayed on hold for more than ** minutes trying to reach a customer service rep each time. this needs to be updated asap and a better channel of connections for your customers need to be reviewed and updated. Calling your ***-***-**** is a joke and I'm absolutely getting no where with this process......Please if someone from your organization can please contact me I would appreciate that so much.
