In July I responded to your recall on *PCX****** table saw and cut all the wires as directed and sent the photos and information. At nine weeks I called for the status of the refund and was told that the check was sent out last week and I should receive it today or tomorrow. Two weeks later I called back again to question the status. I was told that they would have to investigate what was happening and would reissue a check if necessary and call me back to let me know. I heard nothing. Over two weeks later I again called and got exactly the same line... I have been without a saw all this time with no response. Our shop is full of Delta and Porter Cable equipment which at this point I very much regret. What can be done to correct this Issue at once? I feel that your company has really let me down.
