My husband mistakenly booked a hotel using our skymile points through the marketplace on the wrong dates, using a significant amount of points. Despite numerous calls, we couldn't reach Bridge to Solutions for assistance. I want to either change the dates or get a refund, as someone had promised a full refund but nothing has been processed yet. The reservation remains a challenge to locate on any website. Tomorrow, I urgently need a new hotel reservation. This situation is frustrating, and I'm counting on your company to resolve it since we used your marketplace for booking. I hope for a prompt resolution.

I booked a ticket from Austin to Providence, RI through a travel agent. The initial charge for the main cabin ticket went through my AMEX ending in [redacted]. When I attempted to change my seats and pay with my Visa ending in [redacted] using the Delta App, the changes were mistakenly charged to my AMEX. Subsequently, I was able to upgrade further using my Visa for the ticket. I would like the original ticket cost in economy to be charged to my AMEX ending in [redacted], and any other charges to be put on my Visa ending in [redacted]. The cost for the initial upgrade to seats 13 and 8 was $49.98. I am requesting the original invoice for the economy ticket to reconcile the amount charged to my Corporate AMEX ending in [redacted].

Dear Customer Service, I recently followed advice from a Delta representative named Janet in Salt Lake City to charge over $25,[redacted] on my Delta Reserve Card in December [redacted] to qualify for the Miles Boost. I made sure to pay off the bill received via email from American Express on 12/21/18 at 4:25PM Eastern time. Despite receiving an email on 01/09/19 confirming the earned miles boost, my SkyMiles account still shows me at the Silver Medallion level when I should now be at the Gold Medallion level. I have been a loyal customer and completed all the requirements to reach Gold status, and I am frustrated that I am having difficulty with this issue. I have tried to seek assistance over the phone, but so far, I have not received satisfactory help. I have upcoming flights to various destinations, and I am concerned about Delta potentially not honoring the points I earned. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

I am curious why I am unable to sell my Sky Miles to a third party. I find it frustrating that I can only redeem them at a lower value through approved vendors in your supply chain. This policy is making me lose faith in your business practices after years of loyalty. It is disheartening to feel restricted in using the rewards I have earned. Hello, I am writing to address an ongoing issue with my checked baggage for my flight DUB-OIU on May 11th, [redacted]. I booked this flight through KIWI.com and included both carry-on and additional checked luggage. Although I paid KIWI in full for my checked baggage, there seems to be a problem with the additional luggage. I have contacted KIWI customer service via email and phone, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved. However, my Delta airline app does not show any luggage checked under my name. I attempted to make reservations online but encountered difficulties with the dates, as it kept trying to book me for the 17th instead of the 13th. The original cost was 33,[redacted] miles. I reached out to a live agent who did return my call, but by then the cost had increased to 43,[redacted] miles due to the delay. I flew round trip from LGA to SRQ on March 28, [redacted], returning on April 1, [redacted]. My confirmation number is GL9MFG. Unfortunately, I have not received my Skymiles for this trip. Even though I linked my Skymiles number to the tickets, there seemed to be an issue with the way my name was listed on the account. I flew from Geneva, Switzerland to Minneapolis with a 7:30 AM flight. I waited in line at the Geneva airport baggage check-in for over an hour. It seems the check-in desk opens at 5:30 AM, and that's when I arrived. My suitcase was below the 50-pound limit, but I was told to check my carry-on as well, even though I've used it for all my flights. I had to go to another counter, pay an extra $96.00, then go back to the original line. By the time I reached the gate, boarding had started, but I managed to get on the flight. Onboard, I saw other passengers storing even larger carry-on bags in the overhead compartments. I'm unsure why they could do so while I couldn't. Thank you.

Dear Delta, I am writing regarding our upcoming travel plans. Originally, we had booked flights for four individuals from Pittsburgh to NYC for Sept 13th to attend a concert. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the concert has been rescheduled to Oct 12th. While we can adjust our hotel reservations, I was disheartened to learn that we are unable to change our flights to October due to being on economy tickets. I believe this rule is restrictive, especially given the circumstances. I am willing to pay the price difference for a flight on Oct 12th that I found available through Delta, but unfortunately, the company has not approved this change. This has led me to consider booking with a different airline or opting for a road trip instead. I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation, prompting me to avoid Delta in the future. During my trip to Ghana, Africa, my initial flight was unexpectedly canceled, significantly impacting my wedding preparations and causing financial stress due to the hotel charging me for the missed night. To add to my troubles, upon arrival at Kotoko International Airport in Accra, I discovered that my return flight was also canceled. I paid extra for a $2,[redacted] Delta premium ticket from Frankfurt to Atlanta to secure a comfortable aisle seat, specifically seat 24B. Despite assurances from the agent, online checking showed no seat assigned. Calling the Delta Diamond line confirmed 24B couldn't be assigned due to it being a European flight, which conflicts with my prior experiences. The agent suggested selecting the seat during check-in, which isn't feasible as I'll be in a meeting. It's frustrating that for a costly transatlantic one-way ticket, a Diamond member like me can't pre-select a seat. Disappointing experience.

Passenger: S.L. on Flight DL3953 on 9/19/19 had a negative interaction with a Delta gate agent named Sandeep. When politely asking about seating, Sandeep responded abruptly, which led to an unexpected threat to involve the police. This incident left me shocked. Another passenger also noted Sandeep's rude behavior towards others. While the rest of the Delta staff had provided good service, I believe this agent requires additional customer service training. I hope Delta acknowledges my feedback.

I am currently in Haiti and need to charter a flight to PAP from Gonaives due to the dangerous situation on the roads. There is a lot of political unrest with shootings and other violence. Tomorrow is expected to be particularly bad in PAP, where I am supposed to catch flight DL0684 at 3:30. I am a loyal Delta customer with limited budget as a humanitarian worker, and I am seeking to change my flight with no extra fees due to safety concerns traveling to the airport tomorrow.

I am part of Global Healing, a nonprofit that organizes medical missions in Haiti. We had three doctors set to travel to Port-au-Prince shortly, but due to the present civil unrest and airport closure, we need to delay the trip for safety. Our flight to Montego Bay got delayed and diverted to Kingston, causing us to spend 5 hours traveling to Negril. This unexpected delay ruined our plans at the resort. I am requesting Delta to reschedule my flight from 10/5 to 10/6 to make up for the lost day, which incurred significant expenses. The turbulence during the flight made several passengers ill. I accidentally canceled my flight and called customer service right away to rectify the mistake. However, I was informed that in order to reinstate the ticket, I would have to pay a $[redacted] difference. I called within 5 minutes of receiving the cancellation email and requested a call back due to the long wait time. The cancellation was a mistake; I was only checking to see if changes could be made to accommodate a work meeting. I am simply looking to reinstate my ticket at the original price without the additional cost. I am not seeking a refund, just to keep the ticket I initially purchased. I traveled to Kiev, Ukraine from Nashville, Tennessee on September 30 and my return date to Nashville is October 22 with the confirmation number QUBYRH. Unfortunately, I have fallen ill during my stay and would like to change my return flight to an earlier date, preferably October 11, 12, or 13, if available.
