Hi *In **** I bought a Dell Inspiron ** - **** - Service Tag: *VLCLJ* *SRNumber:**********Two weeks ago I got a blue screen and the pc refused to start again.*I contacted your support and they couldn't remotely logon to my machine, so they advised that I should contact a local pc dealer (as I wanted to get data on the hard disk). I did this and he installed a new SSD and re-installed Windows ** - but he couldn't access the data on the SSD (even though I have the bitlocker key).*I now have the machine back, but I seem to have lost many valuable pictures that weren't backed up elsewhere.**I have owned a few Dell machines in the past and have found them to be reliable (in fact I am still running a Dell desktop that is nearly ** years old) , but this one appears to be the exception. I realise the machine is out of warranty but I am very disappointed that this machine has broken so soon as it is only just over * years old and it doesn't get heavy use. I feel the SSD should have lasted longer than this - would you therefore be in a position to reimburse me for the cost of a new disk and fitting ?**Regards,*Roger Turner
