Dell *about the services they are providing in INDIA.)*(https:**in.linkedin.com*in*pkrishnakumar - Pls Look The SERVICE PROVIEDED SIR)**I purchased a laptop worth rupees **,***, on Sunday (*th April ****) .*Laptop started giving problems from Wednesday (*th April ****) showing YELLOW TINT on the DISPLAY. **Thursday (*th April ****) - *I visited the RSKRISH SHOWROOM from where i have bought the laptop they simply said we can't do anything that too in a VERY RUDE MANNER ( This is how a CUSTOMER IS TREATED MENTALLY he purchased a Laptop of ***** from a Brand Dell) *(DATED - **TH APRIL - I GAVE SO MANY CALLS TO R.S. KRISH AND NO ONE PICKED UP. Atlast someone sales boy picked up and said - KARDENA SHIKAYAT AAP DEKHLO JO KARNA H )*NOTE - ***R.S. KRISH IS SELLING FAKE OUT SYSTEMS WHEN I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE MOST OF THE COMPLAINTS WERE FROM R.S. KRISH ONLY*****DATE - *TH APRIL -Then I started giving calls to DELL on there Toll Free Number and it was very tough for me to connect to DELL in a Hot Weather, Having my Online Classes on one End. After so long waiting my call was picked up but at the last it was cut after that I agin gave up soo many calls but on Calls on that day my problem wasn't resolved.**After that on the Same Day I visited the DELL SERVICE CENTER RAGHAV COMPUTER they told me that it is a ISSUE and we will resolve it as early as possible. I gave them my laptop, After coming back home i received a mail from them that my lapop has got a SOFTWARE ISSUE and i will be charged for that.*( I had a chat with the DELL OFFICIALS ON CHATBOX and they said it is a LCD MONITOR ISSUE on FRIDAY **th April **) **Friday **th April ** - *I visited the centre after having a talk on the Toll Free Number Of DELL. *Defect from the side of MANUFACTURE because bot installed graphics software.*They didn't charged me up for the software issue because my laptop was just * days old.*And I took back my laptop and came back home.**Saturday **th April ** - *My laptop again started giving me SOFTWARE PROBLEMS - *) UPDATE ISSUE**) NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE DELL APPLICATION from the WINDOWS STORE.**) CHANGE IN THE SERVICE TAG NUMBER FROM DELL**I called Dell And had a talk with the SUPERVISOR and my Problem was resolved on the SHARE SCREEN.**Saturday Night - **th April **- *I had encountered again a Problem of lock screen and I wasn't able to Login into my laptop as it was showing some pin issue.**Sunday **th April ***I was to prepare a PROJECT but I wasn't able to do that.**Monday **th April ** *I reached the service centre - RAGHAV COMPUTERS NEHRU PLACE at ** ** A.M.*I had talk with the ENGINEER Mr.Ashish he said that windows need to be reset (*th reset from the day of purchase i.e. in *days *th RESET)*(I had to go for this as I was not having any other option.)*I asked the service center to call the senior but the senior was not present there from CONTINOUS * DAYS MR.RAJAT ( SEE THE UNETHICAL THING HAPPENING)*He only said that I will take care and all on phone.**Ended up by - * ** P.M. and I was there in the service center sitting and listening all the complaints from most of the R.S. KRISH DEALERS.**I came back home and opened MAIL it started showing an error and my mail was not opened and again encountered a NEW SOFTWARE ISSUE OF MAIL** (**th April **) I got a call from - Rajiv Kumar (Dell EMC) * Contact Number - *************He after listening everything from me reverted me that -*Said by Rajiv Kumar In his mail - *"The following information is related to your recent call: *Service Request Number **********As discussed, we will have the system repaired as per Dell’s warranty terms and conditions. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide you a system replacement or refund as per Dell Warranty terms and conditions. The case has been closed from our end at this time however will be reopened on receiving your reply within ** days."**Clearly we can see that "THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT OPTION NOW LEFT"**ON THURSDAY *TH APRIL ***When I called Dell person who picked up my call - Faiyyaz Shaikh* Dell * Technical Support**ON FRIDAY *TH APRIL ** *At * I received a call from - Avinash Joshi* Dell * Technical Support**Both of them Told me on the call that my laptop can be replaced and w have forwarded*informed our replacement team for the same.**Today (**th April **)*But today after receiving a call from - Rajiv Kumar* Dell EMC* He told me the above statement that you cannot replace*refund your laptop now.**It means again there is no help from DELL INDIA REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF MY LAPTOP INVOICED *TH APRIL ** and I am kicked just like a football or my calls are transferred from one customer care to the other.* **This is what happens to a customer after buying a DELL LAPTOP.**REASON FOR PURCHASE - ONLINE CLASS AND EXAMINATION FROM **TH APRIL ****MENTALLY HARASSED FROM THE SERVICES OF DELL EITHER SOFTWARE OR AGAIN AND AGAIN GOING TO THE SERVICE CENTER WITHIN A TIME PERIOD OF JUST * DAYS**Distance of Service Centre from my home - **KMs. Petroleum Price - **rs*litre**My Parents are MIDDLE CASS they bought me a laptop in this COVID time by spending such high amount **Sorry to say but i will go to the highest authority i can get to weather its dell or taking help from the CONSUMER COURT.**NOTE - ***R.S. KRISH IS SELLING FAKE OUT SYSTEMS WHEN I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE MOST OF THE COMPLAINTS WERE FROM R.S. KRISH ONLY*** PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER YOU CAN ALSO CHECK THE GOOGLE REVIEWS IF YOU WANT TOO OF R.S. KRISH*YOUR OWN DELL SHOWROOM AND SERVICE CENTRE HAVE OPPOSITE THINKING AND PLAY BLAME GAMES DUE TO WHICH CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SUFFER**Sorry to conclude that -*I bought the dell system because of its after sales service and know i got to know that the services and the exclusive showrooms are not trusted by DELL ITSELF.*And a very poor software*hardware issues are not resolved and the customers are blamed and kicked for no reason. The showrooms of dell donot have any humanity in them against the customers.**FOR DELL CUSTOMER IS FOOL AND IS PLAYED WITH NO KNOWLEDGE GIVEN TO HIM DURING PURCHASE OF LAPTOP.WILL BE SHARING MY SERVICES TO YOUTUBE AS WELL AS DELL COMMUNITY.**SO PATHETIC SERVICES FROM DELL INDIA NOT EXPECTED.**NOTE I HAVE EACH AND EVERYTHING RECORDED IF SAY WILL BE SHARED TO HIGHEST AUTHORITIES IF NEEDED.**PLEASE REFUND*REPLACE THE PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.**I REQUEST YOU ALL TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND ESPECIALLY I WILL REQUEST YOU TO CHECK OUT THE BLAME GAMES BETWEEN SERVICE CENTRE AND SHOWROOM (R.S.
