Ok here goes..... Ready * On Jan. *th we checked in at Days Inn in Blue Springs Mo. ***** or *****... Booked thru Priceline * Jan *th & *th $** a nite . The attendant working the check in desk said * us* " If you decide * stay longer just let him no cuz he could get us a whole lot better deal then Priceline by far * So just let him no " I said really better then Priceline prices * " Oh yea he can really really save us give us way better deal then we get thru Priceline" So we get all done n settled in RM. * couple nites .. We do decide * stay longer & he was not working the morning of the *th but we were not worried since he told us not worry he would help low low price. We let housekeeping no that yes we were staying longer & our lady got us what we needed n said she tell if she sees him. So evening of the *th went * speak with him he was not there. We told the girl at desk what going on. But she say only he can do anything so have talk * him. Left message plz get hold of us so could work out something.* Didn't hear from him so again Thursday Jan **th ****. Try several times * get in touch with the man who checked us in. Left * more messages that need speak with him about his "great deal he get us.."* These * days have been pd. *. We were charged $**.** each nite.* Then Friday Jan. **th **** still can not seem * catch him working & can't seem * get a message * him either I already had pricelines Prices pulled up but hadn't done anything more because I didn't have the money * pay Priceline since they had already taken money's out * I assume regular rates . Because we were charged $**.** on Friday .. Priceline would have been $***.** for three days so this was not cheaper by far ...* Then Sat. Jan. **th ****..*The man we been trying * speak with * get his great deal. Bangs & bangs on the door like criminals inside at **pm then he finally calls me they were going * throw us out in the literally freezing cold w* no car nowhere * go at this time of nite...* I remind him of talk at check in. He says yes but of course this is different day .. I had $** emergency cash. I had * take them * not throw us out in freezing cold & call cops on us. We tried the whole time getting w him & could not n the nites were pd * out of my direct express card I get my SSI disability check on.* Sunday Jan **th **** we charged *$**.** then on Monday Jan. **th **** same as sat. At this point we're already trying * find a ride & everything pretty much packed up * They call cops * come escort us out. Ok there was absolutely no reason * try * put shame & embarrassment on us like that. I pay my bills. We were thrown out at *pm. In freezing cold sleeting weather . Now they have charged my card that is not supposed * go negative at all.. my card is now * -$***.**. We thrown out like some kind of animals in freezing cold at *pm ... I have been trying * reach someone at this point anyone who can get my money fixed back on my card & offer a total refund from this & compensation for the way treated most of the time we were there when we were trying to get w employee * get great deal. . Plus breakfast there was no oatmeal or yogurt except last day there like * apples all in that time as well. But we were treated wrongly & my $-***.**. It was just a total huge humiliation towards us. I hope you are able * finally finally help us & refund our whole humiliating time at this Days Inn.
