Cheddars Scratch Resturant in Gainesville GA, we have major issues with. Twice in the last two months we have tried to have dinner there. Last night (*******) we arrived around *: ** pm, parking lot was half empty. We thought great, no wait. Inside was full of customers standing waiting to be seated. This is the second time in a month we have had the same scenario. Inside, the restaurant had two sections closed, lights off. A lot of the other tables were empty, no one seated. The first time this happened, we thought maybe a lot of the waiters did not show up. Now we see this for the second time. Twice we have left and had to go somewhere else and spend twice the amount of money to eat than we would have at Cheddars. Please send someone to this location to find out what is going on. We love Cheddars, we drive ** miles to see our son just so we can go eat at Cheddars while we are there.
