My Husband and I share season tickets with our daughter Amy Murphy (Section ***, RowAA, Seats * and **.) Prior to a recent Stars game my husband hurt his back. We decided to attend the game even though we were concerned about walking down and back up the steps to our seats. As we stood at the top of the steps trying to decide what to do, the Usher, Fay Choice approached us. We didn't know what to do but that wasn't a problem. Fay took over She found different seats for us and stopped by us frequently to check on us. She was terrific and answered all of our questions and issues without hesitation. *My husband made it through the evening (As did the Stars).
