DSL Extreme Customer Service Issues

I have been experiencing issues with my DSL Internet for over two weeks now. After multiple calls to customer service, I was told different things each time. Eventually, they sent me a new modem, but it did not solve the problem. I decided to upgrade to truSTREAM, and although the installation went smoothly, I am still unable to connect properly. Even though I was promised a call back from a technician, no one has reached out to help me. This situation has been frustrating and I hope to get a resolution soon.

I recently contacted DSL Extreme regarding my account. During the conversation, the topic shifted to my cell phone, which I mentioned should not be linked to my DSL account. However, the representative did not clarify this with me, and now my cell phone is not functioning. I rely on my cell phone as my only means of communication. My wife and I are experiencing difficulties with our email accounts. We are unable to access "greymail", "quarantined" emails, and locate messages sent to spam. Additionally, I am having trouble switching between my three different email accounts within the email interface.
