I received my American fridge at 9:30 am today, but it wasn't taken into the house, set up, or had the packaging removed as paid for. The delivery driver was rude and insisted it's not his responsibility. My heart patient mother was made to sign the delivery note, and the driver left abruptly. After various calls, the driver returned at 3:30 pm claiming he would take the fridge back. This resulted in a confrontation where they left angrily. We demand a refund for the in-house delivery and removal of our food, which we paid for. Additionally, we request compensation for our fitters to do the necessary work. The item was only brought in by our own fitters at 4 pm. The service and behavior were unacceptable, especially considering my mother's health. I bought a dishwasher from Currys in Newtownabbey on 19/11/19, receipt number [redacted]. When I brought it home, a lot of water leaked from it, more than I expected. After setting up the Miele G6620SC dishwasher, I found a stained waste basket with what looked like food particles inside. Trying to resolve this, I contacted the store and was directed to different departments and eventually to the extended warranty team. After a long call, a manager from Sheffield called me back but was unhelpful. They suggested I contact the store, which was my original intention. Due to being out of the country, I couldn't visit the store but wanted to exchange the item as I suspected it was not just a display model. I was looking for a replacement or compensation but struggled to get assistance. As of today, the store manager has not contacted me, and I am disappointed with the customer service.

I recently had to send my laptop for warranty repair due to the touch pad buttons not working properly. The store in Northwich sent it off for repair, which took a week because they only collect and deliver once a week. When I got my laptop back, I noticed an irritating fan noise that wasn't there before. I had to return it to the store, and they said it would need to be sent for repair again, this time with a ten-day turnaround. I was frustrated to see a large advertisement in the store promoting it as a repair center when, in reality, it's a returns and collection center. The misleading advertising and the inability to fix minor issues on-site need to be addressed for quicker and more efficient service.

I recently experienced an issue with my laptop (the touchpad buttons stopped working). I took it to your Northwich store where I was informed it needed to be sent off for repairs, which took over a week. When I got it back, there was an irritating noise coming from the fan. I had to return it to the store, and once again, it had to be sent away for repair, this time taking ten days. The store advertises itself as a repair center, but in reality, it's just a drop-off and collection point. This misrepresentation can lead to customers having false expectations of on-site services. If this is Curry's service strategy, the signage should accurately reflect the services offered, and delivery schedules should be improved to ensure higher customer satisfaction levels.

I recently bought a HotPoint Integrated Dishwasher online from Curry's with installation and old appliance disposal. The product code is [redacted], and delivery reference is [redacted]. On November 19th, it was installed, and though the dishwasher was fine, the installers damaged my kitchen sink's waste pipe, causing a significant leak. When I contacted Curry's, they scheduled a repair for November 29th, but due to the urgent nature of the issue as I have three young children, I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delayed resolution and mentioned that sending someone on the 29th was no longer necessary. Having to manage this issue on my own has disappointed me, affecting my trust in purchasing appliances from Curry's in the future.

Hello, I placed an order with your company yesterday and requested delivery to the Enniskillen store, but it was redirected to the Londonderry store instead. When I went to the Enniskillen store and explained the situation, they said they were too busy to help me. I also emailed your team at Knownteam about this, but I have not received a response yet. Hello Team, I am writing about my recent delivery of white goods to 14 Hunstanton Close, Euxton, Chorley, PR7 6FW. Unfortunately, the old appliances were not disconnected as arranged, and I was unable to have them recycled by your delivery driver. I have rescheduled with the engineer to have them removed on Monday, so I kindly request your recycling team to collect the old appliances on Tuesday, December 3rd. I purchased two products online and paid for them. I later decided to cancel the order. My order number is CUR[redacted]. When I called customer service last Wednesday between 6:30 and 7:30, I was informed that they needed to confirm with the store since it was a click and collect order. The agent tried to reach the store manager for confirmation but was unsuccessful. They mentioned emailing the manager and would call me once confirmed. As of Saturday morning, I have not received any updates, and my attempts to reach customer service have been unsuccessful. I am currently on hold for 48 minutes. Order number: CUR-[redacted] Delivery reference: [redacted]. The LG TV is working well, no issues there. However, the 'Proper' Heavy Duty Swing Arm Full Motion TV Bracket priced at £29.99 was missing one of the screw fixing sets. Moreover, it is too bulky and hard to move around. I contacted Currys' support team, who assured me they would pick it up today and send a replacement. Instead, I would prefer a refund for this item. I don't have a reference number or email for the collection, but I assume it will happen today. Kindly contact me if there are any issues with processing the refund to my payment account. Thank you.

I received a confirmation email from you two days ago regarding my television bracket order with Currys. The email stated that Royal Mail would deliver it on December 4th, but I haven't received it yet. Your customer service line advised contacting Royal Mail, however, I don't have a Royal Mail reference. Can you please guide me on the next steps to follow?

Requesting VAT Reclaim Form Hello, I purchased an Apple Watch from your Burnley store on 30/11/19. When I requested a VAT reclaim form due to living in the Channel Islands, I was informed they were out of stock. I was directed to Dixons in Liverpool, who claimed they have never supplied them. I have been struggling to get assistance, as my calls seem to be on hold for a long time with just music playing in the background. I hope to receive the necessary support soon. Thank you.

I have been waiting for 3 days for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on the 5th of December [redacted]. I've spent over 2 hours on the phone contacting you repeatedly to try and resolve this issue. I was informed that the delivery might arrive on either Tuesday or Thursday depending on the available driver's schedule. This is unacceptable from a company of your size. Despite making several purchases from you in the last few months, including 3 TVs, a freezer, and a tumble dryer, I have never felt so disappointed. I've spoken to 5 different colleagues who reached out to the Aberdeen depot, but no one has updated me on the situation. There has been no apology from the driver's end, despite my items being on their lorry for 2 days without an attempt to deliver. I have not received any contact or visit from the delivery team. This experience has made me reconsider using Curry's services in the future. I would like to escalate my complaint properly, so I'd appreciate it if you could advise me on the correct procedure and whom I should contact.

I placed an order for a Panasonic DMR-HWT250EB on Tuesday 3rd December (order number CUR[redacted]) with an expected delivery time of 3-5 days. I visited your Sprucefield store, where I was told ordering online would result in delivery by Thursday 5th. However, I recently received notification that the item will arrive on Monday 9th, which was unexpected. Further, I received an email from Royal Mail stating delivery will be on Wednesday 11th, exceeding the 3-5 day delivery window and Monday 9th as per the confirmation email. I am disappointed with the service provided by Currys. The discrepancy between the expected delivery times stated on the website, in-store, and in email confirmations has made me hesitant to shop online with you again. This experience has left me unsatisfied and unlikely to recommend Currys to others. Thank you.

I had a fridge/freezer delivery recently. Two delivery men attempted to install the new one but couldn't remove the old one due to space limitations near my cooker. Consequently, I couldn't accept the new appliance. After they left, I managed to move the old one a bit, but couldn't do it alone. Fortunately, my brother and his friend, both in their seventies, are helping today. I received a text stating a delivery on Wednesday, but I work a 12-hour shift, so I rescheduled it for Monday the 16th.

I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to contact Currys. One representative transferred me to another and I was left waiting for 25 minutes. I placed an order for a freezer, order number CUR [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], with delivery number [redacted], and was promised "NEXT DAY DELIVERY." However, upon payment, I realized it would actually take up to the NEXT 21 days. I feel misled. I urgently need to know the delivery date as I might not be home. This situation is disappointing and chaotic.

I bought a cooker from a store in Craigavon on December 16th last year, although I believe it was delivered a few days later. Today, the oven has stopped working. I have attempted to contact customer support but have been unable to get through. The cooker is a Logik model purchased by A. Thornbury from 26 Garland Drive, Lurgan, County Armagh BT66 6BY. It was paid for with a debit card in the same name. Tomorrow, we plan to visit the Craigavon store to inquire about getting it repaired under warranty.

I urgently reserved a washing machine for my young family. After receiving confirmation, I bought £[redacted] in e-vouchers and arranged transport for collection today. I was just notified that the item is out of stock and might only be available on Wednesday. If I had known this earlier, I would have bought it elsewhere. Feeling misled.

Order number [redacted] was placed by Mr. Tim Oakley for a washing machine delivery at 17 Mill Lane, Clophill, Bed, MK45 4BX. The scheduled delivery for Saturday, December 14th, between 3:20 pm and 7:20 pm was missed as the driver exceeded the allowed driving time. Despite efforts to reschedule for the following Saturday, he is unavailable due to work commitments. Urgently needing the machine on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday after 4 pm is crucial as the lack of a washer has become a considerable inconvenience, especially with two young children in the household. The current level of service is deemed unacceptable given the circumstances.

Good morning, Yesterday, I visited Curry PC World at Pipps Hill in Basildon to buy the Apple iPhone 11 128GB Sim Free in red with reference MWM02B/A. They were going to price match it for me at £[redacted].98, but they didn't have any in stock and couldn't order one. I find this odd since it's a new model.
