Last February we purchased a JVC ** inch tv for my sons birthday the sound has always been temperamental and only worked really on net flix? However the sound then went completely so around May time we went back to the store where we purchased it, however we somehow mislaid the receipt but we did have the reservation order number and were told when I rang customer services that they would be able to trace it? *Unfortunately the store in Haywards heath were very unhelpful and told us they couldn’t trace it but could trace all the other products we had bought in the past? *They said they couldn’t help and that was it. I have now deemed legal advice and I’m told that the product can be traced even with the product code on the back of the tv so I’m raising the issue again and I’m hoping you can help. *I have a copy of the reservation that I can send I would like curry’s to repair it under warranty
