I purchased a dishwasher from currys in newtownabbey that was a display model on ******** receipt no *******I collected it from the store and when I got it home quite a volume of water soaked the car boor and more water came out when I got it in the house. I know that some water would be present bue this was excessive. After connecting the dishwasher miele g****sc I checked inside and removed the waste basket to find the base of the basket brown stained and what looked like food partials in the trap (sweetcorn) I contacted the store they passed me from one department to another eventually after ** mins on the phone I got a person from extended warranty who said they would email the manager to contact me , this did not happen so I tried again , after a long phone call a manager from sheffield *** miles away did return my call but was less than useless and said I need to contact the store , which was my objective in the first place. I could not go to the store at the time as I was out of the country but just wanted to either return the Item as I believed it ti be second hand not display stock !!*a replacement or compensation is what I wanted to know but nobody owned the problem and just gave me the run round ans of today the manager from the store has not tried to contact me i find this appalling customer service and hope you can help me thank you
