I’m being refused a refund as I simply opened the packaging on an already set up model, which means that the box was already opened by the staff and the laptop itself was already used by the staff, and it is only the set up sticker which is opened everything else is intact. The Currys sticker can replaced but apparently it’s against policy however customer services themselves had told me that I am legally allowed to inspect the laptop and open the box if I wanted to as long as I don’t use the laptop, which I haven’t . I only have tomorrow to return it back to the store I bought it from, Telford as it’ll be three weeks tomorrow from the date I bought the laptop, so please please can you help solve this issue for tomorrow, i want the laptops return and refund to be accepted by Currys, thank you
