I had my delivery today of the american fridge freezer. I paid £** cash to have my old one taken away. They said the old one would not fit through the door and the door would need to be taken off and said they did not have enough time. My husband measured it later only to find out it would fit through the door. They also refused to lift the fridge freezer over the pillars at the bottom of our steps and refused to help three workmates my husband had brought home from work with him to carry it up the steps saying it was all about health and safety. I wanted them to stay long enough to make sure the fridge freezer was not damaged but i was told they needed to get to the next delivery. I know it's all about health and safety but this is ridiculous. My husband and his mates needed to get back to work so had to leave the fridge in our hallway. I now have two huge american fridge freezers in my house can you please pick my old one up asap. I also paid extra for a quicker delivery time which was a joke as it is still in my hallway. Please give this matter your urgent attention
