I was trying to arrange a return, someone to arrange a coulrier as I was having trouble in store. ... I wanted to return the Nespresso Magimix Essenza Mini Coffee Machine, order no, CUR**********. We wanted a white coffee machine but next to our white kitchen it looks cream.**So my husband went into Curry’s to change if for a Tassimo coffee machine which we now have which looks perfect as it is white. **The sales assistant could not find our orderno, and would not do an exchange, I have provided the number I have been given when I placed my order. **Also I have tried calling several times but have just been sat waiting for ages.**Please can you arrange a return. They could not find my order no which is frustrating as I only have the one order number to go by.
You could put in a returns label or have a courier service to pick up the items. Also I had one order with one order number and yet your branch in Sydenham couldn’t find it.
We have bought several items from curry’s in the past but out of all the companies I have dealt with I have never had trouble getting in touch or returning things like this company. I have always had a returns label or something go let me return it smoothly.
I’ve tried calling several times, just get left hanging in for ages, can’t afford the phone bill and don’t have the time, get more people on the lines to answer the phone.
