I had to call ur *********** number a few days ago to cancel a item that i had ordered online*And im disgusted in the length of time i had to wait*First time i was ** minutes waiting listening to horrible music *My mobile ran out of credit*So i had to go and use a friends phone where i was ** minutes before i got dealt with*This is disgusting you finally get to talk to someone then they put u through to another department which i had to wait ages to be answered*Just to be told its the wrong department and they put me back through to where i was in the first place*I have no idea how much this call has cost me yet*But i would like u to pay the bill*It would be easier if we could just return items to store and get a refund*I want this logged as a serious complaint*People cant afford to hang on until ur member of staff decide to answer and put us through several departments*Im not happy
