Having purchased a double oven on line yesterday, Thursday**.Nov. ,from Currys, and having first ticked the box for BIG** discount, this wasn*t mentioned again when I got to the checkout page, just a* thank you for your purchase* message.*The order number is CUR**********. I had originally attempted the same purchase using my VISA debit card, and that transaction accepted the BIG** offer, however the transaction failed due to Verified by Visa incorrectly rejecting the details I had entered. *I then started the whole buying procedure again, using my credit card and the transaction was successful, but for some unknown reason the BIG** offer was not implemented. Please explain why this has happened!
