Hello, I placed an order on **st Nov **** for a Kenwood American Style Fridge and Freezer - KSBSDB** for £***, but today I found a better deal at Safeerappliances.co.uk for the same product at £***. The customer service team is not ready to price match this product as it is not one of the retailers mentioned on your list. As the difference in price is not refunded, I'm returning the product and buying from the other retailer who offers at a better price.
It is frustating because we find a better deal somewhere and they just stick to their list of ** retailers. Why should they impose this limitation when other retailers are also selling the same product?. Also, when I tried to price match on a Hoover ** kg Washing machine which was listed on Amazon, they didn't want to price match it either stating that it was dispatched and sold by a different retailer other than Amazon. These all seem good excuses to me to defer from refunding the price match difference.
Irrespective of the retailer being on their list or not, and whether being sold by Amazon or not, they should keep up the promise to the customer and do the price match else customers will return the product and move over to other retailers offering better price and better service.
