on *th september i purchased **** help from you as my currant one had run out few days previous so couldn't just renew it so purchased new one at £**.Deal with know as computer quite old. On **th september bought new computer also purchased the repair and support plan as the assistant manager told us we would be able to get a refund on the **** we bought on the *th september which is proving very difficult to do. Ihave spoken to numerous people about this and no one seems to be able to do anything promise to email and dont and also told i havent bought anything on *th sept. Ihave proof i did and the £** was paid to you on **th september. Can someone please help me with this as i was in tears yesterday after i spoke to last person he did not email me as promised.Ilook forward to your reply .Thankyou Gillian Davies.
