I returned a Moblie phone j* which I purchased from currys beginning of June **** on the ** th June I returned it as it was faulty. *As it was still under the ** day warranty i was told by Pauline and another member of staff that I eligible for a new phone . *They took the faulty phone wrap it up and printed documents and told me that I they will send it back this morning would reicive a new phone the next day Wednesday ** th June by DPD would deliver to my home addresses. *Thursday came and no phone had been delivered *I sent the whole day Thursday trying to find out what had happened to the phone. *I called currys they explained the suitatipn they told me to cAll carphone wharehoused *They told me to contact know how . Nobody could answer to the missing phone . *I then called DPD and gave them my details I was then told that my name but the address was correct but the address incorrect.*the phone had been delivered to the Lincoln DPD depo to be delivered to an address that was different from the one I read on the phone and my phone was delivered to an address put of London and was now being sent back to the sender. *I then phone currys customer services who told me I had to go to the store. *Friday **th * am lreturned to currys staples corner I explained the suitation to customer service she call knowhow who tried to find out what happened they told her that my phone had will be dispatched within ** hours . And I can pick it up on the store. That they had revived the old phone on the **th which is not true as I have a tracker which shows when the old phone arrive . And when then new one was dispatched and where it was sent . *I have now been without a phone for a week . *I was not given any documents or kind of receipt . *Nor have I been sent any emails . *I then spoke to has the manager Jas who told me if it's a straight exchanged I should have receive it the next day and actually what they should of done ifs refund me for the money for the faulty phone and just pursase a new one in store which i would of had pick up the next day . He also told me there's nothing he can do come back and see the other manager tomorrow.*But i was told I would revive a phone the next day by DPD SO I didn't see the point in the hassle . *I use the phone for my business , personal I explained that father had pass away that moring so was in urgent need for another one .they check on store but none was available and was promised I would recive the phone the next day at home . Had they told me * days I would of as the ne reimburse and pursued another phone *I very very very angry and disappointed with the service and the way I have been push around pilla to post .*The coustomer service girl told me the the department for the phone to be returned to is in Lincolnshire ... I don't think so *I still feel as i am beining messed around .**I have forward u the track number on the DPD card so u can look at the details . *I cannot use this tracking card as it registered to different address.
